Teacher Dimension (Teacher Name)
Attendance Fact (Period Number)
Teacher Name cannot be in Teacher Fact. Fact is a Transaction Table. Transaction tables cannot have the name of the teacher.

The structure of the question make no sense indeed. The way I see it is that each view produces a fact table because non of them meets the requirement for the dimension table. Hence we have two fact tables that can be connected to each other and we don't have any dim tables. How is that supposed to make a star schema??

Teacher Dim -- attribute just like employee dim
Attendance fact --- what we are aggregating is related to attendance, just like transactions, count of ...etc.
