D. No suitable host could be found: If a host does not have a GPU, then a VM with passthrough graphics configured will not provision on it. E. Not all memory has been reserved on the VM: Full memory reservation is required for VMs with passthrough graphics to ensure they have the necessary resources allocated for operation.
